1922 PEACE SILVER DOLLAR, GOOD COIN, SHARP DETAILS

 

All of my Peace Silver Dollars are circulated coins, and are sold as is. The coins have been stored for over 35 years. I haven't cleaned them or altered them in anyway, only mounted them, numbered them, and photographed them in their mount. Because of the present economy, I'm selling them to raise cash.

Grading a coin is a special science, so I've tried to magnify the photos to show the details, and you can grade the coin for yourself. These photographs are magnified many times more than what is commonly used to grade coins, so any marks on the coin are also greatly magnified. The dark shaded areas in the photos are 'photography' shadow and not tarnished areas. Reflections of light into the camera show up as dark specs and blots. In addition, static causes dust to stick to the plastic mount causing what looks like small pits. Makes it difficult to take a good picture!

I'm holding the coin (5410) pictured above and it is an excellent coin with very little wear. This coin has a uniform silver luster, with medium toning. The reverse has the same luster and toning.  Good definition on this coin.

I do not grade coins, nor am I a coin dealer, or considered a numismatic collector. I'm just an average person who has collected a few coins through the years.

 

I combine items to save on shipping. Each additional coin ships for $1.75 each.  If you purchase additional coins, wait for me to send you an invoice. Don't pay the first invoice if you intend to purchase more coins in the next two days. I send invoices each day after the last coin is won. Your total number of coins will show up on each additional invoice, until the invoice is paid.  NOTE:  Additional coins must be purchased within two days after the first coin was won, and paid for by the end of the third day after the first coin was won.  If you don't follow this procedure, you will not receive the proper shipping credit.

Payment, Shipping and Handling

Payment required in three (3) days from close of auction. I ship only to PayPal approved addresses in the USA's 50 states.  I accept PayPal ONLY.   NO eChecks!  Shipment will be via USPS First Class or Priority mail, with USPS delivery notification included. Insurance is not included, and generally not needed for a single coin. If you desire insurance, please add $1.35 for the first coin, and $0.50 for each additional coin in the shipment. Shipment will be made within one day after payment clears, or sooner.

Warranty
